†††††††††††† Our clinic is conveniently located on Sam Houston Boulevard (Highway 63) in Houston, Missouri. We're proud to serve patients from Texas County, surrounding counties and beyond. Please review the below map and get directions from your home.
Look for the freestanding Mercy-St. Johnís building on the East side of 63.
Hours of Operation
†††††††††††† Our office is generally open for lab draws and nurse visits from 8:15am to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, and for provider appointments from 9:00am to 5:00PM Monday-Friday. Should you need assistance after hours, please call our main office line and you will be connected to our after hours call service, which can contact your provider for urgent matters.
†††††††††††† We accept most major commercial insurances as well as Tricare, Medicaid, and Medicare; please call to verify coverage prior to your appointment. We also see patients paying for visits out of pocket.
†††††††††††† At your first visit, you will be asked to register as a new patient. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and be sure to bring your insurance and contact information with you. For your convenience, common registration forms can be downloaded at the bottom of this page to complete prior to your visit.
†††††††††††† Please call 417-967-4445 for appointment information. To give you the best care possible, please try to focus on only one new problem, or a few controlled, related problems per visit (although we will make every attempt to evaluate all of your problems when seen, we feel that in order to provide the best possible care, we need to focus on the quality evaluation and management of a few issues rather than trying to rush through everything in at one visit).
†††††††††††† We try to respect everyone's time by seeing patients when scheduled. Please be aware that one late patient arrival can disrupt the entire day's schedule. Therefore, please arrive on time. Although we make every attempt to accommodate late arrivals, we may see other patients (who arrived on time) first, or ask you to reschedule.
†††††††††††† In an effort to ensure that we can schedule patients as soon as possible, we ask that you also provide at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation so that we can attempt to fill your slot. We will attempt to notify and remind you of your appointment whenever possible. We do not currently charge for no-show appointments, and we understand that situations arise which may prevent you from attending an appointment. However, a pattern of repetitive absences from scheduled appointments may be cause for dismissal from the practice.
